The Curtain Hardware & Blinds Co. Wave Pleat Curtain Track is a factory-direct, single aluminum rail system custom-cut up to 6.0 meters for S-fold drapery profiles. Utilizing a 0.5-meter pricing structure, the system delivers a continuous, non-telescoping extrusion in white.

We manufacture factory direct premium, heavy-duty aluminium wave curtain rails, supplied fully assembled in continuous lengths from 1.0m to 6.0m. As a specialized factory, every track is processed, cut, assembled, and packed strictly to your custom requirements.

Pricing & Custom Cutting Logic

Our transparent pricing ensures you only pay for what you need:

• 0.5m Increment Pricing: Prices are applied according to our standard 0.5-meter schedule.

• Free Custom Cutting: We custom cut-to-size at no extra charge. You only pay for the 0.5m increment bracket your size falls into (e.g., a 2.3m track is charged at the 2.5m rate).

• Extra-Long Windows: Lengths over 6.0m can be supplied but will be manufactured in split lengths. Joiner splicers are automatically included for these extended lengths to ensure a seamless glide.

What’s Included in the Box

Each wave track system is supplied complete and ready for installation:

• Track: Aluminium single wave curtain rail (available in standard White). Straight lengths only (no bends available).

• Runners: Smooth-glide string-runners with 6cm spacing and a user-friendly hook system.

• Brackets: Heavy Duty Wall Fix brackets supplied as standard. (Note: Ceiling fix brackets are also available and currently on sale at a discounted rate).

• Hardware: End caps included.

Optional Add-ons: 100mm clear wave tape is not included standard, but can be added to your order. This tape works with our hook system to allow you to easily adjust curtain fullness. We suggest 2x fullness for a medium-volume look.

Configuration & Control Options

• Opening Style: Center Open (Standard) or Single Stacking (works both ways Left or Right).

• Operation Mode:

  • Hand Drawn: Supplied standard.

  • Corded Pulley (not sold online): Available for an extra charge (Left or Right side control).

  • Need a Double Track? We can supply double tracks. If you want pulleys on a double system, we typically cord the main front working rail and leave the back rail hand-drawn, though both can be corded upon request.

How to avoid overpaying for shipping: If your required track is under 3.0m, our online "cut-to-size" programming tool will automatically trigger the higher truck rate. To prevent this, do not use the cut-to-size option—instead, manually select the standard cut length sizes that closely match your requirement.
