We do not manufacture using split, multi-piece retail joining kits.

Our precision engineering facility bills manufacturing using strict 0.5-meter pricing steps. Your track is cut to your exact millimeter specification, while billing rounds up to the nearest 0.5-meter increment.

Custom S-Fold Measurement Sizing Formulas

Because custom-engineered, motorized wave tracks cannot be returned, you must calculate your final width instructions using our factory formulas:

• Reveal Fix (Inside Window Recess or Ceiling Bulkhead): Measure the exact wall-to-wall recess width. Deduct exactly 10mm to 15mm from your final width parameter. This ensures the Somfy RTS end-gears, internal drive loops, and motor housing seat effortlessly without rubbing or scraping the walls.

• Face Fix (Wall Mounted Beyond the Recess): Measure the outer width of your window frame. Add between 25cm and 40cm onto both the left and right sides (total extension of 50cm to 80cm). This critical extension allows your volumetric S-Fold fabric to stack back fully away from the glass when opened, maximizing natural light.

S-Fold Clearance & Structural Assembly Composition

• Pre-Linked Wave Gliders: Features factory-installed, specialized linked wave gliders. These gliders are structurally spaced to hold your fabric in a uniform "S" ripple from edge to edge.

• Included Hardware (Factory Pre-Assembled): Heavy-duty extruded aluminum architectural track, genuine Somfy Movelite 35 RTS motor, specialized wave gliders, high-tensile internal drive belt, overlap arms, and heavy-duty brackets (configurable for ceiling top-fix or wall face-fix).

• Excluded Items: Somfy remote controls (sold separately). Wall anchors and installation screws (must be sourced locally to match your specific drywall, brick, or concrete substrate).

• Smart Home Connectivity: Operates natively on Somfy RTS radio frequency. Smartphone control, scheduling, and Alexa/Google Home voice activation require pairing with the Somfy TaHoma Gateway Hub (sold separately).

"How much physical space do my wave curtains need to move freely?"

Because Wave/S-Fold curtains ripple forward and backward from the center of the track, they require more physical breathing room than standard pinch-pleat curtains. To ensure your waves don't crush against the wall or scrape your window glass, verify you have a minimum clearance depth of at least 80mm to 100mm for a single track (or 160mm+ for a double track configuration). If you are hiding this track inside a modern ceiling bulkhead recess, ensure your recessed box is wide enough to let the Somfy motor and flowing fabric glide smoothly without any friction!
