Factory Sizing & Pricing Architecture

Our production floor operates strictly on a 1.0-meter pricing increment scale. Your track is cut to your exact millimeter instruction, but billing rounds up to the next full-meter boundary.

Precise Measurement Formulas

Because our tracks are customized and non-returnable, you must apply our strict engineering sizing math before entering your final cut dimensions:

• Reveal Fix (Inside Window Recess/Bulkhead): Measure the exact wall-to-wall recess width at your mounting height. Deduct exactly 10mm to 15mm from your total value. This small deduction ensures structural clearance for the factory end-gears and motor assembly to seat cleanly.

• Face Fix (Wall Mounted Above Window): Measure the exact outer width of your window frame. Add between 25cm and 40cm to both the left and right sides (50cm to 80cm extension total). This stacking allowance lets your heavy wave fabric pull entirely clear of the glass window pane when fully open.

• Excluded Hardware: General wall anchors, rawl plugs, and fasteners (must be sourced locally by the installer to match your exact wall or ceiling substrate: concrete, brick, or drywall).

Tiered Transport Logistics & Lead Times

• Fulfillment Window: Approximately 5 to 7 business days for factory custom-cutting, belt calibration, wave-glider programming, and computerized testing.

• Logistics Tiering: Track lengths up to 3.0 meters are dispatched through standard national courier channels. Track lengths from 3.1 meters up to the 5.5-meter maximum threshold are classified as over-length freight and require specialized continuous-profile transport.

💡 Pro-Tip: Mastering S-Fold Stacking and Bulkhead Clearance

Unlike traditional pinch-pleat tracks, Wave curtains ripple equally forward and backward from the center of the rail. To keep your custom S-Fold curtains from rubbing against your wall or glass, ensure you have a minimum clearance depth of at least 150mm (15cm) for single tracks or 250mm+ (25cm) for double tracks. If you are placing this track inside a hidden ceiling bulkhead recess, make sure your bulkhead box is wide enough to let the waves flow smoothly without friction!
