Good quality product

The chain had to be replaced with a continuous ball chain by the company who made my blinds. Otherwise, great.

Awesome product - makes Roman blinds so much easier to make and operate with a very pleasing result.

Product works great. The only problem was that the good quality chain is not continues and supplied with a plastic link which does not pass through the mechanism. Resolved it buy joining the metal links with a plier and side cutter.
