The mechanisms were in pieces and required almost full assembly. While some screws are expected to dislodge during shipping the mechanisms were almost entirely in pieces
Rails were not burred to the point that endcaps did not fit and had to be burred on-site to allow assembly

I actually needed 3 rails, but was a bit wary of taking the plunge until I could at least physically inspect the item. So I ordered only one. I am happy to report, after installing the first one, that I have ordered the other two, which are already out for delivery. Should be here tomorrow.

I am really pleased with how it works as well as the ease of installation and the quality of the construction. One useful accessory would be a chord weight though, just to keep the chain hanging neatly.

Good quality product

The chain had to be replaced with a continuous ball chain by the company who made my blinds. Otherwise, great.

Product works great. The only problem was that the good quality chain is not continues and supplied with a plastic link which does not pass through the mechanism. Resolved it buy joining the metal links with a plier and side cutter.
