Manufactured to order, factory direct by Curtain Hardware & Blinds Co.

We manufacture premium, heavy-duty aluminium double wave curtain rails, supplied fully assembled in continuous lengths from 1.0m to 6.0m. As a specialized factory, every track is processed, cut, assembled, and packed strictly to your custom specifications.

Please note: This product listing is for the complete double track hardware system and excludes the 100mm clear wave tape.

Pricing & Custom Cutting Logic

Our transparent pricing ensures you only pay for your exact footprint:

  • 0.5m Increment Pricing: Prices are applied according to our standard 0.5-meter schedule.

  • Free Custom Cutting: We custom cut-to-size at no extra charge. You only pay for the 0.5m increment bracket your size falls into (e.g., a 4.2m track is charged at the 4.5m rate).

  • Extra-Long Configurations: Continuous tracks are supplied up to 6.0m. For longer spans, we supply the track in split lengths and include joining splicers for a seamless runner glide.

Complete Hardware Inclusions

This double track system is supplied complete and ready to hang:

  • Tracks: Two premium aluminium wave curtain rails (available in standard White or Black at no extra charge). Straight lengths only; no bends are available.

  • Smooth-Glide Runners: High-performance string-runners with 6cm spacing and a user-friendly hook system.

  • Brackets: Heavy Duty Wall Fix brackets supplied as standard. (Ceiling fix brackets are optional and currently offered on sale at a discounted rate).

  • End Caps: Matching end caps included for both tracks.

Heading Tape Specification Note: 100mm clear wave tape is not included in this package. If required for your fabric fabrication, it can be added to your order upon request. Our string-runner hook system allows you to adjust your curtain fullness freely, though we highly recommend a 2x fullness for a balanced, medium-volume look.

Dual-Track Configuration Options

  • Opening Style: Center Open (Standard) or Single Stacking (works both ways Left or Right).

  • Operation & Pulley Options:

    • Hand Drawn: Both rails supplied hand-drawn as standard.

    • Corded Pulley Options (not sold online): Available for an extra charge (Left or Right control). For double rails, we typically install a single pulley on the main front working rail, while the rear rail remains hand-drawn. If you require pulleys on both front and back rails, this can be fully accommodated.

How to avoid overpaying for shipping: If your required track length is under 3.0m, our online "cut-to-size" programming tool will automatically trigger the higher truck rate. To prevent this, do not use the cut-to-size option—instead, manually select the standard cut length sizes that match your required size.

Note: Standard factory processing and production lead times apply to all custom assemblies, including local collections from our premises. A deposit or payment is required prior to production commencement.
