To guarantee a perfect fit, your ordering measurements must follow exact geometric rules depending on your chosen mounting substrate.

Reveal Fix (Inside the Window Opening)

Choose this option if you want the blind fitted entirely inside the window frame.

• Measurement Protocol: Measure the exact structural window opening width at the top, middle, and bottom. Take the smallest width measurement and deduct 10mm (1cm) off the width to ensure smooth, friction-free vertical travel within the recess

Wall Fix (Outside the Window Frame / Face Fix)

Choose this option if you want the blind to mount onto the face of the wall surface above the window opening.

• Measurement Protocol: Measure the exact structural opening of the window.

• Addition Rule: Add a minimum of 100mm (10cm) to both the overall width and drop measurements. This expansion ensures proper light-blocking overlap on all structural edges. The factory applies zero deductions to Wall Fix specifications.

Measure twice, order with total confidence. We understand mistakes happen. If you accidentally mismeasure your window and your blind arrives too wide, don't panic. Our factory offers a Cut-Down Remanufacturing Service for R350 per blind plus a R300 courier handling fee. We will collect the blind, recut it to your revised dimensions on our precision machines, and return it directly to your door.
