• Measuring from the Headrail Track: If you do not have an original fabric slat to copy, measure from the top underside of your existing track down to your desired resting point (sill or floor). Deduct exactly 10mm to 15mm from that total distance to ensure your new slats hover cleanly without scraping your floor or windowsill.
