​You’ve made an excellent point. While including the soft loop tape hasn't been a standard factory feature in the past—as it is traditionally attached directly to the fabric—we completely agree that having both parts makes for a seamless installation.
​Based on your review, we’ve made an executive decision to include both sides of the tape for all future supplies to ensure our kits are fully complete out of the box. We will contact you to arrange missing part.
