Yes, we acknowledge there was a delay with delivery of your order. It was manufactured, completed and a notification sent in the standard lead time, however it had been assigned for Direct Delivery with our driver, which was not completed as required. Once we were notified the delivery had not happened, it was rescheduled for same day delivery. We have an extremely high returning customer rate so should you wish to purchase more in the near future, please let us know as we will gladly arrange your delivery at no charge!
