Custom-manufactured locally by Curtain Hardware & Blinds Co., each single track is cut precisely to your exact millimeter specifications.

Wall Fix / Face Fix (Window Frame Overlay): Measure the neat horizontal width of your window frame opening and add 15cm to 25cm to both the left and right sides (adding 30cm to 50cm to the total width). This extra clearance ensures that when curtains are pulled fully open, the fabric stacks back clear of the glass pane to maximize natural light.

Reveal Fix / Ceiling Fix (Inside Recess Mount): Measure the exact wall-to-wall distance inside your window recess at three structural points (top, middle, bottom). Take the shortest horizontal measurement and subtract exactly 10mm total for clean clearance and scratch-free installation.

0.5-Meter Increment Billing: To account for raw material extrusion lengths, our pricing is calculated in fixed 0.5m increments. However, your track will be precision-machined down to your exact millimeter measurement at no extra cost.

How to Order Custom Lengths: Select the next size bracket up from your target measurement. (For example: if your calculations require a 2.34m track, select the 2.5m option on this page, add to cart, and type "Cut to exactly 2340mm" into the Cart Special Instructions).

Production Lead Time: Orders enter fabrication immediately and are completed, assembled, and dispatched from our local floor within 3 to 5 business days.
Tiered Freight & Delivery Logistics
Due to strict transport carrier height and length boundaries, shipping fees are tiered based on your final track size:

Tracks 1.0m to 3.0m: Eligible for standard, economical economy road courier delivery.

Tracks 3.1m to 6.0m: Classed as oversized structural freight. These require premium courier handling due to physical length constraints. Expect slow delivery service.

Showroom Collection: Local factory collection is available for all tracking lengths up to 6.0m at zero charge.
